Did you know that there is a drop box located in the front of the Professional Registration building? Individuals may leave items for the partitioning and its boards whatsoever time. We do enquire that all items be placed in a sealed envelope labeled with the lath name or proper name of the individual if not located in a board.

Amendment 2 Medical Marijuana

On Nov 06, 2018, Missourians approved an subpoena allowing the use of medical marijuana for individuals with qualifying weather set forth in the amendment's language. The Department of Wellness and Senior Services (DHSS) volition facilitate all requirements related to medical marijuana including licensure under the new requirements. The effective date of the amendment is Dec vi, 2018 and DHSS has until June vi, 2019, to make the awarding forms available for individuals who wish to get qualifying patients and to begin accepting applications.

The Division of Professional Registration and its 41 licensing boards will follow Amendment 2 and its enabling regulations regarding medical marijuana for its licensees and applicants who are qualifying individuals.
