Aforementioned here. Downloaded the app on my S10+, logged into my account and was able to register for the buds from there. Inappreciably had to enter any info since it reads the info from the telephone im using to annals. Really like shooting fish in a barrel and fast.

Correct, you demand to install the SHOP SAMSUNG app, and then check the inbox on that app.

sometimes they inquire you lot to register your phone when information technology's already registered. just you lot're getting a message that yours doesn't be so that's weird

Try asking in the Samsung preorder thread. They're the only ones that have really received the buds already.

I registered mind in the Samsung+ app... Simply hit the + in the elevation right corner and it lets you register

I did have to dig around on the app to observe it, but finally did. Got an email today that it was rejected because it wasn't inside the appointment window! I snapped a motion-picture show of 2 documents stating information technology was pre-ordered on the 23rd! Of course - nothing is always like shooting fish in a barrel.....
