My friend has used his address for his own visitor registration.

Tin can I use his address for another company registration?

Does visitor house have whatsoever specific requirement on the accost, say i address can just be used for one company registration?

We have lots of companies registered at our part, information technology only means all "official" post (and lots of junk postal service!) is sent there

As long equally you have his permission, it is fine. Just brand sure that y'all don't cause your friend any problems by non returning accounts and annual returns on time, as this results in a lot of mail coming to his house, and if used as a trading accost too, make sure you do non cause your friend whatsoever problems from customers, suppliers, etc.

You volition see businesses offering registered office addresses that are used by a very big number of companies.

As long as the property is yours (endemic or leased) or you accept the permission of the person that does ain / charter it then its fine. I was told that if the property is a commercial one, you need to have a sign exterior stating the property is the registered role, but if its a residential ane, such a sign wouldnt be needed.
